Rebecca Murauskas Client Testimonial Beatriz

“Rebecca is the best! She walks alongside you on this long, winding road to healing and self-love. I’ve made amazing progress in as little as five sessions. Rebecca has given me the guidance and accountability to tackle the biggest stressors in my life that have plagued me for years. I used to give my time and energy away to everyone but myself. But not anymore! Learning to set boundaries, state my needs, and practice new daily habits has made me calmer and more confident at work and as a parent. I feel lighter and energized –– like I got my life back! I am so grateful for my work with Rebecca. I cannot recommend her highly enough.”

My Coaching Philosophy

I believe that everyone needs a coach from time to time. Here’s why.

Ideally, our parents, siblings, partners, friends, and bosses help us navigate life, work through challenges, and remind us of our gifts. Unfortunately, for many of us, that’s just not the case.

As your coach, I’ll…

  1. Lovingly call out the BS that’s plaguing you.

  2. Help you see your blind spots (we all have them!).

  3. Brainstorm on options and remind you of your choices.

  4. Be a committed accountability partner.

  5. Provide LOTS of encouragement along the way!

  6. Celebrate successes no matter how big or small.

Client Testimonial of Rebecca Murauskas from Meghan

“When I met Rebecca, I knew she was someone to watch and learn from. She walks into a room and owns it. Her presence is powerful, and I’m thankful she saw something in me. Rebecca shaped me into a successful woman who also understands the value of balance and personal priorities. I’m forever grateful for her mentorship, patience, and inspiration. I trust her unconditionally. She’ll tell you what you need to hear, and you’ll walk away feeling lighter.”

Are we a match?

We WON’T work well together if you’re…

  • Looking for a quick fix

  • Wanting to “check the box” of seeking solutions

  • Done tons of work and know it all

  • Want to be able to say, “I have a coach.”

  • Only seeking help to appease a partner, parent, or boss

  • Not willing to put in the work necessary or accept counsel

  • Not really interested in change or growth

  • Play the role of victim and/or martyr

  • Have tons of excuses why you can’t change

  • Want someone to fix it for you

  • A bully, mean girl, or douchey guy

  • Want productivity advice to do more faster, achieve, and win

  • Seeking status symbols of money, title, office, or possessions

  • Depressed (please seek a trauma-informed therapist)

  • In active drug or alcohol addiction (please see NA.org, AA.org)

  • Suicidal (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: call or text 988 anytime)

  • Yes, and no. In most therapy sessions, you talk, and the therapist listens. Toward the end of your time, right when you think this trained professional (who you just poured your heart out to) will share some sage counsel and tell you what to do to improve the quality of your life and soften your writhing pain ––nope, you’re typically told a version of “thanks for sharing,” or “your making progress” and dismissed to come back next week and do it again. Most therapists want you to arrive at your own conclusions at your own pace. Which is both lovely and super frustrating!

With coaching, similarly, you’ll share your pain points and goals. I’ll ask questions, listen intently, and take notes. The main difference with coaching is you’ll get actual advice (and homework too). I’ll lovingly call out the BS that’s plaguing you, help you see your blind spots, brainstorm on options, and remind you of your choices. • I get it. Asking for help is far from easy!

I hit my rock bottom and had to reach for help to save my life. I have deep empathy for your courage.

My mentorship comes from a place of compassion with respect for your unique journey. And everything in our sessions is confidential.

  • We’ll work through your challenges to understand the root cause and best short-term as well as long-term solutions. I want you to actually heal, not just feel better for a week. You need specific, actionable, individualized support, and that is what you’ll receive.

Post-session, you’ll get a multi-page, detailed recap of our time together that includes wins, what you’re learning, observations from the session, and thoughts or approaches to consider. You’ll also have homework activities based on your particular challenges and personal goals of our work together.

  • It’s hard to put a timeline on transformational change. However, my coaching style is to get to work right away to release the pain. This isn’t a quick fix, but it also won’t take more than one session for you to feel more hopeful and energized.

I typically work with clients for 3 hours a month. 90 minutes every other week. In most cases, tremendous progress is made within 4-6 months, and we shift into maintenance mode. Potentially meeting once a month or simply as needed.

The real answer is that your healing will take as long as you need. However, if you’re officially done being miserable, if you’re open to change and willing to put in the work, we’ll make fantastic strides to drastically improve the quality of your life rather quickly.

  • I vividly remember the first time I was asked this question. I instantly thought, Oh, precious, baby girl, you are not broken! And, I can help.

I, too, remember feeling “terminally unique” and broken. Growing up in a chaotic, dysfunctional household with addiction and abuse, I felt unworthy, unlovable, and toxic shame for many, many years. These codependent characteristics ran my life until 2015, when I began my recovery journey.

I also live in the current state of the world and get it. While we may logically know that we’re inherently loved, it’s easy to get caught up in the pervasive hustle-culture and comparison mode that drives us to anxiously prove our worth, over-commit, people-please, and disconnect from our true selves.

You, my friend, are NOT broken. And, I can help you find your way outta the shit-storm and really believe that statement.

  • In advance, please take the Time Saver Quiz. It's easy and takes 5 minutes.

Your results will help me understand your strengths and highlight specific opportunities where I may assist you.

On your Discovery Call, I'll share personalized counsel based on your specific quiz results and the information you provide when booking.

Feel free to bring any questions or concerns. This may be your first experience with life or business coaching, and I wanna address any hesitations. No question is dumb or silly (never!).

  • Yes! You have a 100% money-back guarantee. After the first session, if you’re not stoked to continue, I’ll refund your money.

Transformation is possible.

Create a life you love.
