Construct the reality you desire
This is not for everyone, but it could be right for you?
I help people thrive in two other unique ways.
01 — Business Strategist & Advisor: Being a second head, heart, and hands
My clients have busy, bold lives full of people, activities, careers, obligations, complexities, and dreams—their challenges are almost always with time, boundaries, and focus (or lack thereof).
I realized that I could be helpful outside of our coaching sessions. Think of it as a personal business strategist or COO to the business of your life.
I created a monthly budget for one client and a super-detailed, easy-to-follow roadmap for paying off her credit card debt in less than a year.
She spends five minutes updating the roadmap weekly and has already paid off two cards!
For another client, I wrote a job description for her personal assistant and drafted an expense report and mileage reimbursement tracker. I also created a guide to be used as a framework in their weekly meetings.
And for entrepreneurial clients, I’ve created job profiles, done salary research, defined staff and vendor goals, expectations, and advancement structures, and vetted partnership opportunities, PR agencies, insurance carriers, and fiduciary firms.
Before I started coaching, I spent 20+ years in the corporate realm, leading sales, marketing, and communications.
I also had the fantastic opportunity to be an early employee in a handful of start-ups where creating structure and protocols was critical.
The way I’m wired, I think like a project manager. It’s my gift (and sometimes my curse).
Put simply, I’m awesome at organization, forecasting, and anticipating needs. I’m detailed and thorough. And I love spreadsheets!
If you’re facing a transformational phase or daunting task. If you’ve meant to do “that important thing” for quite some time. If you’ve been hiding from a challenge or procrastinating – I can help.
You have a choice.
Stay in familiar territory. Or face your fears and step into your best life.
“I had the opportunity to work for and with Rebecca. She required excellence. What’s different about Rebecca is that she provided coaching, resources, and consistent encouragement for me to achieve and exceed my goals. She was always available to listen to ideas, give feedback, and provide support.
To this day, I use several tips and tricks she shared with me, both in my professional and personal life. She’ll never know how valuable our time together was for me.”

02 — Private retreat in Boquete, Panama
I can feel your eye roll. This sounds freakin’ crazy!
And, it has changed clients’ lives—only 100% of the time.
Kayla arrived a soggy heap of stress and worry, anxiety, fear, and frustration. I really can’t believe she hadn’t had a nervous breakdown.
You see, Kayla has a BIG life overflowing with BIG roles, including 2X World Champion, 2X Olympic Gold-Medalist, Author, Speaker, Brand Ambassador, Foundation CEO, Philanthropist, Advocate, and most importantly, Mom.
She spent 8 days with us in a lush, serene environment where we enveloped her with healing therapy, transformational coaching sessions, and restorative, mindful activities of hiking, yoga, massage, Reiki, chakra balance, meditation, and more.
She ate delicious, nutritious meals, slept 8+ hours, and had some personal time to journal, read, and lounge in a hammock listening to the birds.
Without the mental and emotional burdens of being in charge or making hundreds of decisions –– without technology, to-do lists, meetings, or endless responsibilities she could be present in her body, let go of old, artificial stories, and awaken to the magnificence of her true importance, purpose, and passions.
Look at her face! The freedom and joy that exploded from her were incredible.
She now knows within every cell of her body that a blissful life of peace and ease is not only possible, but that she’s absolutely worth it. Adam and I were honored to be her guides.
If you're beyond overwhelmed and riding the edge of your physical, mental, and emotional limits.
If you’ve tried “all of the things” and still have nagging discontent.
If you’re ready to take your healing journey to a new dimension, guided by two experienced high-performance life and business coaches, let’s chat.
**Each retreat is uniquely tailored to your specific needs. A minimum stay of 6 full days that doesn’t include travel is required.
As a high school senior, I organized a leadership conference for my school with top national speakers, break-out sessions, and cool swag. It was awesome!
I’ve lived in 13 cities in 9 states and now 2 countries. I actually moved into and out of Dallas 3, yes 3, separate times. 🤦🏼♀️
Before I moved to Panama, I was deathly afraid of getting old (Ha!). Now I have a dozen surrogate grandparents who share their wisdom and interesting stories. They provide tremendous hope!
One of my favorite things on the planet is snuggling our kitties. Those lil' zen mongers melt my heart.
When I was a kid, I was ashamed to have a free school lunch. We had to use an obvious token, and I didn’t want my friends to see it. So, I’d sneak home to eat a bowl of cereal or a PB&J and watch soap operas.

I spent 13 seasons in professional baseball before becoming a cubical jockey in the Fortune 15 corporate world. I was a shortstop, obviously (jk).
When I’m stressed or emotionally flooded, I go for a walk alone and typically without my phone. Na-church, as my good friend calls it, is soothing to my soul. 🌿
